Great week last week, I went 12-4 improving my season record to 37-27. Here are my week 5 Moneyline Pick’ems!
Justin Fields leads the Bears to their first win of the season. The Bills beat the Jags pretty easily at home. The Texans are playing way better than I thought they would, and they keep it going against a Falcons team that still hasn’t found their groove passing the ball. Carolina starts the season 0-5. The Lions get Jameson Williams back this week and I have a feeling he gets at least one TD.I still think the Titans will win the AFC South and they take the lead in the division in a close game against the Colts, even with Jonathan Taylor back this week. The Giants suck, Daniel Jones can’t throw in a league designed for passing. Giants lose big in this one and I think the tank for Caleb Williams chants start.Derek Carr is playing through a shoulder injury and he can’t seem to throw the deep ball right now. I’m taking the Patriots. It sounds like the Steelers are going to be without Kenny Pickett, and the Ravens defense has been playing great football. I think the Ravens win easy.Eagles remain my pick to win it all and I think they remain as the only undefeated team left after this week. The Rams are banged up at QB, TE, and RB, so give me the Eagles. Joe Burrow looks like his old self against the Cardinals and they win big.The Broncos have given up 704 yards on the ground this year. I think the Jets run the ball and move to 2-3. The Vikings defense is still awful against the pass and the Chiefs have the best QB in football. So, give me the Chiefs.I’m going against the grain here with a Cowboys win over the 49ers. The Cowboys defense is top 5 this year, Dak Prescott is playing well, and the 49ers playmakers are starting to get banged up. I think Garoppolo has plenty of time to clear the concussion protocol and he leads the Raiders to a win in a close one against the Packers.
