NFC
Arizona Cardinals
Kyler Murray

Even though, Kyler Murray unfollowed the Cardinals on social media he will still be in Arizona next year. I think he’s just being a tad bit immature and he is acting out like a toddler that didn’t get his way. To me, this is all about Murray trying to get that big contract extension. And the Cardinals are wanting to exercise his 4th year option and wait on an extension. But, I don’t think they will be able to play that card and Murray will end up getting a big pay day before the start of the season.
Atlanta Falcons
Matt Ryan / Matt Corral

I think the Falcons will let Matt Ryan play one more year on his contract, then he will either be released, traded or retire after the season. So, in this year’s draft I think they take another Matt to sit behind him for one year. If they don’t draft Matt Corral or a different QB in this upcoming draft they will draft a QB in the 2023 draft. Either way, I think this will be Matt Ryan’s last season in Atlanta.
Carolina Panthers
Kenny Pickett / Sam Darnold

Kenny Pickett originally committed to Temple when Matt Rhule was still coaching there, so there are already ties to the two. I think this time around, Rhule gets his guy. Sam Darnold might start the season as the starter, but eventually Pickett will take over or he will just win the job right out of the gate.
Chicago Bears
Justin Fields / Cam Newton

Justin Fields is going to be the starter for the Bears next year, but why not also bring in a similar style QB to mentor him and tell him to not take the hits that caused him to be a backup. Fields starts and Newton is there if he gets hurt and they have very similar play styles, so in my opinion this move makes sense.
Dallas Cowboys
Dak Prescott

This is a no brainer, the Cowboys went all in on Prescott when they signed him to a four-year, $160 million contract. And Jerry Jones will be too stubborn to admit it was a bad contract, so sorry Cowboys fans, you’re stuck with Dak for awhile.
Detroit Lions
Jared Goff

I think the Lions like Jared Goff and he actually played pretty well last year, considering the Lions roster basically consisted of players from the movie, The Replacements. Great movie by the way.
Green Bay Packers
Jordan Love / Jacoby Brissett

Well, it’s your time to show why you were drafted 26th overall in the 2020 draft, Jordan Love. The chances that the Packers hit on back to back to back Hall of Fame QBs is very unlikely. But, it’s not Love’s fault, he wasn’t the one that drafted himself that high. I think the Packers will also sign a veteran QB like Jacoby Brissett to help mentor Love.
Los Angeles Rams
Matthew Stafford

Matthew Stafford is in the Super Bowl in his first season on the Rams, so obviously, he’s not going anywhere.
Minnesota Vikings
Kirk Cousins

I think the Vikings will stick with Cousins for at least one more season, but why shouldn’t they? There isn’t a QB tree where you can just pluck Hall of Fame QBs from. Cousins is no Hall of Famer, but he’s no scrub either.
New Orleans Saints
Jameis Winston

I think the Saints actually found their Drew Brees predecessor in Jameis Winston. Last year, he proved that he can win games and that he is capable of protecting the football. Also, defensive leader Cameron Jordan wants him back, so his teammates seem to like him. Even though, Sean Payton is retiring, I think the Saints organization will resign Winston.
New York Giants
Daniel Jones / Mitch Trubisky

This may be Danny Dimes’ last chance at being a starting QB in the NFL. As a possible replacement and some added competition the Giants should sign Mitch Trubisky. With the recent news and speculations that Matt Nagy may have actually tried to sabotage Trubisky, he may deserve another shot to be a starter in the NFL. Plus in my opinion, Trubisky really wasn’t that bad in Chicago. He had a 29-21 record, one pro bowl appearance, 64 completion percentage, 64 TDs, and 37 Ints. And if you compare the two players statistically, Trubisky appears to be an upgrade.

Philadelphia Eagles
Jalen Hurts

I don’t think Hurts is the long term guy for the Eagles, but he’s at least going to be the guy next year.
San Francisco 49ers
Trey Lance

Well Kyle Shanahan, let’s see what your 3rd pick overall QB can do out of North Dakota State. My guess is he’ll be a bust and you’re going to get exposed as a head coach. And for all the 49ers fans that honestly think Tom Brady is going to unretire to be traded to the 49ers, keep dreaming.
Seattle Seahawks
Russell Wilson

Sorry everyone who wanted to see Russell Wilson on a different team next year, it’s just not going to happen. For one, they paid this Drama Queen way too much money, and two, he knows he’s got it made in Seattle.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Teddy Bridgewater / Blaine Gabbert

Before Tom Brady signed with the Bucs in 2020, they were really thinking about signing Teddy Bridgewater. It’s not a flashy sign, but it’s a solid sign. Bridgewater doesn’t turn the ball over, has a high completion percentage, and they won’t break the bank to get him. If the Bucs can bring back that defense, they won’t need a Hall of Fame QB to be competitive. Bridgewater or Gabbert could be just like a former Bucs QB, Brad Johnson, that played just good enough, didn’t screw up, and was carried by a top defense of all time to win Super Bowl XXXVII.
Washington Commanders
Sam Howell / Nick Foles / Taylor Heinicke

I know the Washington Football Team, I mean Commanders, are saying they want to make a big splash this offseason and sign a big name QB. But, what they don’t know, is that no one wants to play for that dumpster fire of an organization. So, they will miss on every free agent other than, pay check collecting, Nick Foles, and look to the draft for their franchise QB. I think they will draft Sam Howell.
AFC
Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson

Lamar Jackson is going to be the starter for the Ravens next year. Hopefully he gets an actual agent and he can get a long term deal worked out. Because he’s just one hit away from being another RGIII.
Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen

Josh Allen is a top 5 QB in the league and he recently signed a six-year, $258 million contract extension. He’s not going anywhere.
Cincinnati Bengals
Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow is going to get paid this offseason. And good for him, he’s literally a home town hero and has single-handedly turned the Bengals into a legit contender.
Cleveland Browns
Baker Mayfield

I don’t know what Browns fans problem is, maybe it’s all the cold weather and snow? But the hate for Baker Mayfield is just silly. The Browns have been the trash can of the NFL, for just about ever. Just a year ago, Baker got you to the playoffs and even won a playoff game, yet fans are calling for his head? Maybe it’s just me, but, Browns fans either have a mental illness or they just deserve to be miserable until the end of time.
Denver Broncos
Aaron Rodgers

Yep, Aaron Rodgers aka Batman will be in Denver next year, but he’s not going alone, he’s also bringing Robin with him, Davante Adams. The Broncos have enough cap space to make it happen, and Pot Head Capital of the United States just seems like the perfect place for A-A-Ron to go. They still won’t win a Super Bowl though.
Houston Texans
Davis Mills / Marcus Mariota

Creepy Deshaun Watson is done in the NFL. The Texans seem to really like Davis Mills. I mean he did have a better season than Trevor Lawrence last year and they drafted Mills in the 3rd round as opposed to the number 1 pick. But, I think they will also bring in some competition. Marcus Mariota should be signed, because he still has some good football left in him and he may even win the job.
Indianapolis Colts
Carson Wentz

If I learned anything from the 2021 season, it’s don’t believe anything that GM, Chris Ballard or Head Coach, Frank Reich say. The same guys that said Quenton Nelson and Carson Wentz were probably going to miss like half the season are now saying they aren’t sure who their QB will be next year. Well, I’ll help them out, it’s going to be Carson Wentz. One, no one wants that huge contract and he really didn’t play that bad, actually he was pretty good. 27 TDs and only 7 Ints. Just get him some actual WRs and you’ll be fine.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Trevor Lawrence

Trevor Lawrence will be the Jaguars QB until his contract is up and he can finally escape. Unless Lawrence can pull an Andy Dufresne, he’s going to be stuck in Jacksonville for 4 more years.
Kansas City Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes

Duh.
Las Vegas Raiders
Derek Carr

This will be Derek Carrs’ 6th new head coach in 9 years? The only thing that has been consistent for the Raiders is Derek Carr and I think he’s going to stick around for another year with yet another head coach.
Los Angeles Chargers
Justin Herbert

Justin Herbert might break some regular season passing records next year. Because normally a QB regresses in their second season. Herbert did the opposite and couldn’t be stopped. There is no way he’s not a Charger next year.
Miami Dolphins
Tua Tagovailoa

It looks like the Dolphins chose Tua over Flores, and the new head coach Mike McDaniel seems very excited to be his new head coach.
New England Patriots
Mac Jones

Mac Jones was able to win a game with only 3 pass attempts, if that’s not your guy, then I don’t know who is? LOL. But in all seriousness, Mac Jones is good and he’s the perfect QB for the Patriots.
New York Jets
Zach Wilson

We’re going to see the Zach Wilson Experiment for at least another season, but probably 3 more seasons. I mean the Jets would rather suck for 3 more years before admitting they were wrong and got tricked by the media in drafting Wilson. Anyone that didn’t see Bust stamped on this kid’s forehead shouldn’t be allowed within 100 feet of any football field at all times.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Jimmy Garoppolo

This just feels right. Mike Tomlin said, he wants an established, veteran QB. And Jimmy G fits the bill and he just seems like a guy that the Steelers fan base could really get behind. I don’t know, he just seems like a blue collar type of guy that you could have over for a cookout and some beers. Just like Ben Roethlisberger and Terry Bradshaw. Garoppolo also wants to go to a place that wants to win and compete. So in my opinion, the boxes are checked for both parties.
Tennessee Titans
Ryan Tannehill

Ryan Tannehill should be the QB for the Titans next year. The Titans had a lot of key injuries on offense with Derrick Henry, AJ Brown and I’m not even sure if Julio Jones even stepped on the field. But, the Titans Defense and Tannehill willed that team into the playoffs. Even though, they lost in the Divisional Round, they still won the AFC and you typically don’t replace the QB that helped you do that.
